XOLO – XOLO QC800 REPAIR ISSUES

I bought XOLO QC800 Tablet, two months back. Within the 10 days of purchase, the tablet got the problem. The problem was of dead battery. I travelled to the company’s service center which is 15 km far from my place, for the repair. Repairing was done and I was given back the tablet. Now just after 3 days of this incident, again the same problem was there with the tablet. I again went to the service center for the repair, again it was repaired and given back to me. But after this incident, again with in a week same problem was faced. This time I was assured by the company’s higher authority Mr. Maninder SIngh that, it will be repaired in such a way that the problem won’t come back. So they sent my tablet to company’s main repairing center in Noida. It took almost 20 days for the repair. They said they are doing quality checks on it, and will send once the tablet is checked properly. Now 3 days back I received my Tablet back, and now the same problem is there again. No power in the Tablet, and battery is dead. Now I am really frustrated from the company. How many times i’ll get it repaired? It’s 2 months since I have bought this product, but not used it for even ten days ! Customer Care executives are saying that they cannot do anything, and you have to visit our service center only. But how many times i’ll visit there service center which is so far from my place? Why can’t they replace my product with a new product(with the assurance that new product will not face any such problem) ? or if at all there product are so worst that it is bound to face the problems again and again, then why don’t they return my cash back? How can I trust the company now, that if I visit there service center and get submit my tablet for repair, the problem will not be repeated in future?
