I made a booking from yatra in june end and it got stuck on the gateway . so yata was about to give me the refund after 1.5 weeks of not getting the refund i called yatra to check whether my refund has been initiated . initially yatra gave me all together the wrong account details to which the refund was about . and after so many calls and emails it finally confirmed the account with my debit card number. the second is i asked them the ARN number as my bank was saying there is no refund which got initiated from yatra side .yatra gave me two different ARN number . how can one credit has two diffrent ARN number, this i asked to Yatra to confirm me one so yatra person said give bothe the ARN to your bank . now is it the fault of my bank that they are not getting the refund details as first yatra always confirm some diffrent account details and second it provides wrong ARN.
i confirmed all my details with yatra . gave phone number name email id card number to be verified with bank statement . i did the payment from a debit card and yatra keeps saying it a credit card which was swiped. their automatic system provides wrong card number and card holder name details.the refund amount is 3648 and i it more then 2.5 weeks and i dint get the refund.
