I did a booking on yatradham.org for a room in Varanasi for 1 day( 13.08.2023- 14.08.2023) a non AC room for 1314.21Rs on 10.08.2023. After doing the complete payment it popped up that room booking is not confirmed and in process and notify confirmation within 24 hours. I was given booking I’d : 100693223.
I booked Swastik guest house, luxa road, Varanasi. But to my surprise , neither the website or the concerned guest house confirmed about the booking. After prolonged wait, still the process is going on…So it appeared to have fake tie ups and people are misleaded.
I request for my full refund and convenience fee provided in advance.
