I have booked two rooms for 02 days from 23/08/2022 to 25/08/2022 at TIRUPATI SRINIVAS DHAM PEJAWAR MUTT. Now due to some personal reason I want to cancel room booking or modification my booking from check in date 23/08/2022 9am to 22/08/2022 and check out date from 25/08/2022 to 24/08/2022 9am ( if cancellation not possible).
I am getting response we do not have any cancellation or modification or refund policy. it is not matter of money but it is online fraud and cheat to customer. Hence I write the mail to Yatradham.org in web site and email to Yatradham there is not contact or update.So unable to contact to Yatradham.Org. I wish that my complaint will get resolved soon.

Hi All,
I did a hotel booking through yatradham in ujjain ( Hotel name- Gupta Avenue, confirmation number- 100437289), surprisingly when we went there at night 9:45 pm on 2nd October 2022, there was no such Hotel.
Please be ware of this site yatradham and don’t do any bookings through it.
I booked four rooms in Kedarnath. Patliputra Lodge for 10 october2022 for 16 persons & pay Rs. 31200.00 by net Banking on 10th september 2022. Today they said me the room is not available, then I said him for cancel the Booking. But they are no respond till now. So please do something & arrange refund my money. I wish that my complaint will get resolved soon.
