I have purchased a saree from zariknyaa of Rs 1599. I received the saree on 31st july 2025.As I don’t like the fabric of cloth. The fabric is of poor quality n looks cheap. I intiated for return n refund but the customer executive said I will provide you coupon code for same amount to buy another one. I said I don’t like your cloth quality then why I will buy from you .Then they messaged me no return no exchange no coupon available. Then I filed a complaint against them n share the screenshot. Then they messaged me that they will return but minimum 250 amount will be deducted. Now earlier I have shared the pics of saree n they say ok I will provide you coupon code. Now they check the saree Then they will refund…means how can I trust them that they will refund my money back.

Zarijanya is a scam. very bad quality sarees. Wat they advertise vs wat they deliver is completely different. They have a wats app number to connect with them on their website. That number is fake. It doesn’t work. No one responds on that number. Please don’t waste ur money.
