My husband ordered one of their sarees for my baby shower function. On receiving the product it had a stain on it so we tried contacting the company for exchange initially. They would message only once or twice a day in response to my query . They then told to pay them 150 rs for returning product and till they confirmed product they wouldn’t send back the replacement product. On realising saree wont reach before the day of my function i asked them for a refund. Then their response was to charge 250 rs for my refund . Such shitty customer service they have.. and the product also was so different from the images shown. I decided to finally keep saree on reading reviews about how they wont refund or replace and will end keeping saree sent to them.
