This is my second reminder regarding my order (Order ID: #ZKT96900 – Rajvalli Red Banarasi Tanchoi Saree). The product listing clearly mentioned a 4 days return policy, yet the return option is missing in the app and I have not received any response to my earlier email.

I would like to remind you that I have sufficient proof (screenshots of the return policy and order details) and I raised my request within the valid reven window. If my return/refund is not processed immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and file a formal complaint against your platform and seller for unfair trade practices.

Kindly treat this as an urgent matter and arrange the return pickup/refund at the earliest. I expect a confirmation within the next 24 hours.
