I have purchased Samsung Powerbank 25000mAh LED light with 64 GB Memory Card vide order no.117297000386108 dt. 25.04.2017 and i have received on 09.05.2017 power bank charged then after use is not working properly.in the sd card i copied some files, but it is not getting stored in the sd card.so kindly take solutions for the above said problems.
