Today I received ‘sports camera’ from your zookr website, I need to know further steps for refund,

I am really not settified with this product, camera is damaged.I think package might be broken before i open,
i opened it also tried to start camera, it wont turned on also battery cover also damaged

Zookr cover was proper but in side of cover box was not sealed

1.battery cover
2.camera front panel
3.Box also not packed properly
4.camera box unsealed before I open
5. Camera not turning on
