i was purchase Zook Cam – Dual Antenna WiFi IP Smart Camera. i was order on 15-03-2018 and i was received on 17-03-2018. when i received then immediate i was checked. that cam was not working. so i immediate (after 1 hr. of received) email to zookr help line to inform that i received defective camera. i was also tried to call helpline no. of zookr (01243864638). but this no. is not working. i was tried approx 50 times but no response. i was requested to return back this defective item. but they didn’t call me for any support. i was emailed so many times. please take any action against it. i want my refund money.
