I, Ashok Kumar has ordered the Nokia 3310 mobile phone on 09.12.2017 and the details of order are as follows:

On 10.12.2017, I received the shipment.
But when I checked the mobile handset, the following has been observed:
1. The IMEI no. for both the sim is mentioned as all ‘Zero’
2. Mobile phone is not detecting sim.
3. The details of the mobile phone is not complying to the details of NOKIA 3310 available in India.
When I tried to call the phone is continuously showing busy. On 11.12.2017, I have also sent email for return of product but I have not received any reply from the company. Again on 12.12.2017, I sent another mail as reminder.
Kindly help for the refund and return of mobile handset.
