Dear sir,
I have ordered one Nokia 3310 module mobile through online website zookr.in. My product was on cash on delivery and the order Number is : 4e2c9379-63eb-4796-9ae0-ef611897762a, I placed the order on 21 December 2017 at 12:26:11 AM.
On 25th dec 2017 the blue dart courier was delivered to me, parcel number 59644006586 . After getting parcel I have open and checked, it was a duplicate product and it’s opened and no more at all. Customer care number was not picked so I have the complaint by mail. There are no more reply from supplier. I need book a complaint you to for cancelled my order kindly help me please.. Its Rs.1899 worth. I need my money back
