I ordered online a zookpad 10″ for Rs. 3699 from shopping website zookr. When i received my parcel, to my shock on opening it, Instead of my Zookpad 10″ they have sent me a ice cream mobile phone ₹1200. I have called them many times and also emailed them but all in vain, no response/ feedback from their side. Please help me to get refund from this fraud company.
