My name is Shiva Prasad.m I’m from Bangalore Karnataka. Last week I buy a mobile phone in ZOOKR ONLINE SHOP and he received online payment of 1499 rupees but he sent the dummy mobile is not working. I called to ZOOKR costumer care but any one not responding. ZOOKR is frod company cheating many people’s in online shopping please take the strict legal action on him
