i was requesting to manage the delivery time of my goods due to my unavailability of the given time. the lady who called back started yelling at me in very unpleasant manner and tested my patience rather politely to resolve the issue with possible options.
i was so upset that i had to disconnect the phone and when i called to get her name to report her behavior, she bluntly disagreed.

i am in uae since 9 years and this was one of worst experience i have had and that is also from a reputed service providers.

completely disappointed to be customer of carrefour.

I am disappointed surprised that DPH MANAGER MR MALAS is still existing in that mall, he is not capable to work anymore as a manager, he is brainless and useless manager, he don’t have good leadership skills, his job is to always asking his promoter to do facing, returns the missy item in carrefour, and yet i heard that he is always give stress to the promoters, his job is to make his self as owner of the carrefour, i was still remember last time i visit merdif carrefour to buy some stuff, i was in hurry and i need staff to assist me in shaving section, one lady attending me but suddenly he came to the section and ask all ladies to go home care section and facing all the item.. the lady promoter scare him so she didn’t stay and help me completely, i heard that this stupid malas manager is giving their problem if not follow what he said, he not care about customer he care his bulshit power to the girls.. i really hope that this kind of manager in carrefour will replace he is not good, he ruined the image of customer service in carrefour.. hope you remove that guy soon as possible he is useless.
