This is a complaint against jet airways for a flight on August 10th from San Francisco to Hyderabad.

I was moving from US to india on a long term project and I needed a lot of essentials to get started, so I paid $360 for my baggage to come along with me instead of cargo shipping it. The baggage was lost and received after 5 days and even after I received it half the things in it were broken. My work was stalled for 5 days because most of my files and hard disks were in the suitcases.

When I complained to jet airways they didn’t even bother replying back.
I have followed tons of times and still have not gotten any reply.

Most recently on threat of going legal route, they replied back to me and said that am a resident of india so no compensation will be offered. One of the worst airlines I have traveled so far and am not even sure how to proceed with this. Any help to file a case against them will be helpful.
