I have planned to purchase Mitsubishi Lancer from Fujairah showroom on 15/08/2017 and had made an advance payment of 400 Dirhams towards the bokking fees. It was not mentioned it will not be refunded and no receipt was being given to me stating the same. Since it was 2016 model I decided not to buy and contact the showroom the same day and informed them I am not buying the car but they refused to pay my advance payment back. As a customer I feel very sad about the situation where my hard earned money is stuck with the showroom and they are not ready to return it back explaining that it is their company policy, As an International company which is holding such good customer relationship values I never thought my money would be wasted in such a manner. Please look into the above issue and resolve this and return my hard earned money since I am not buying the car. I look forward to a pleasant reply from your good company as I believe you still uphold your customer relationship and company core values and not keeping other people’s money in your hand just for the sake of nothing
