on december 27 2018 i ordered a propane plate from 1supershop from facebook for the amount of $ 89.90 us funds which is $ 125.91 can funds ,the payment was taken january 2 2019 and never received the merchandise .I tried to contact by phone ,e mail [email protected] and still nobody contacted me. I read some reviews on the internet and apparently i’m not the only one that got screwed from this fraudulent company and it’s about time someone does something about it .I hope that everybody that received same treatment from 1supershop complains about them so maybe something will be done Mike
Like many others, I ordered the 36″ outdoor flat top gas grill. My Order number was 24710 ordered on 1/2/19. On 2/1/2019 I received confirmation that my payment was successful for $79.90 and the payment order id was 201901021512472100847. Surprise! Here it is May 1 and no flattop grill. I tried their gmail account and can’t get it. Have no way of contacting them. Guess I gave them my money for nothing! This obviously is a fraudulent company as it appears there are many of us who paid and did not receive product.
