I ordered 4 jeans of levis company on 12th June. I received the product on 19th June. on 30th June i placed a return request but jeans are not picked up. i did so many mails on customer care but i did not get any solution.after every mail they said that they want 48hrs to resolve the issue. on the app i get a message that the pickup boy will pick the goods on 6th July but that was wrong information. on the app my return or exchange option is disable means i am not able to place a new return request and my exchange and return policy is available till Monday, 19th July. after so many mails they accept my complaint request on 10th July and they showing that the problem is resolved by 13th July but till now i am not able to put new return request. my order id is #FL0267398772 and my complaint id is COM00022214110.
