Ajio – Refund Not received

I have ordered a product from AJIO online on 23 July and that was delivered to me on 29 july I raised the request for return on that same day and they picked the order on the very next day and also i got the msg.

They initiated my refund and that will reflect in my account within 7 business days and after that I emailed them asking about the day of refund they said I’ll get the refund within 10-15 Business days but still I didn’t get any amount also on AJIO app

It is reflecting that I got the refund but I didn’t get any amount.
Please help me to get the money back.

* Write Ajio in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Ajio.
