I have been trying to deal with this seller since January 2020. I ordered a parcel worth Rs.1800 , I was given a discount of Rs. 50 for prepayment which I did. The product I received was horrendous, completely different from that shown by the seller. They promised to have an easy hassle free exchange program, the reality is totally opposite though. I selected a new outfit worth 1700, instead of receiving a refund for the extra 50 they had taken so far, I ended up paying additional Rs.250 to return the old product and another Rs.150 as shipping charges for the new product, this was completed on Feb 6 2020. I have no product, no refund and no response from the seller.
Funnily enough, I’m not the only candidate who had to suffer at the hands of such a malicious scheme, I’m surprised no action has been taken against this seller thus far. The contact number for the seller is 9152785181, mind you, you cannot reach them via phone call, if you’re lucky someone might respond to your multiple messages with a yes on whatsapp. This is a sincere request from a citizen duped at the hands of a fraudulent person/company. It’s high time an action is taken against them and financial relief is brought to all those who have suffered.
