I had ordered a shirt from the website on 31st Dec. (Order: 215952)
The site did not ask me login/create an account and accepted my order and also my payment. However, I have not received any tracking details for the order, nor any confirmation of payment from the site.
Hope my experience will avoid others to avoid this pitfall

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Anick.
