I am sorry to inform you that this is the worst experience of my life with an online purchase at Apollo pharmacy. I stay in Gurgaon and ordered an Oxymeter for my family that is in Kolkata on 31st December 2021. Product name is AP Pulse Oxymeter SL.
I am shocked to see the response from such a big brand that: At first place they sent me a product which is not in a working condition. Second they say ma’am throw that product as we can’t take it back, nor we will replace it, nor we will give you refund as you have covid positive case in your house.
I mean like seriously ! First at the times of pandemic, when an Oxymeter is required, they sent me a non working product and then expect me not to ask for a refund or a replacement.
It was not a free product that sent me . It costed me 999 rupees plus as I really needed an Oxymeter on 31 st December. I ordered one more Oxymeter that was available nearby as that was not working.
I mean like seriously they don’t want me to forget 999 rs like I have free money in my pocket. I am sorry I can’t. I need a replacement or a refund. Their solution is ma’am we can’t help it, if it was not covid we would have replaced and we will take care in future also.
