I had opted for an online astrology solution offered by them by paying Rs 1100. They were supposed to send me a 40 page horoscope and answers to three questions given by me, within 72 hours. I placed the order and made payment on 4th October 2017. Till date I have not received the item. I have been following up with them constantly (through email and then almost daily phone calls). Finally I asked them to refund my money as the questions I had asked are not valid any more. However they are not doing anything. PLEASE help me get back my money. Actually they should reimburse me for the numerous STD calls that I had to make also.
