BaskinShop – I am complaining about wrong online product delivery

I have ordered OnePlus 10R backcover of Rs.722 but I received poco X3 backcover and I mailed them three days back but I didn’t get any reply from them. The replacing/ refund period is only 7 days and I want to replace this product but they weren’t responding anything about this.

How to file a complaint against BaskinShop?

* Write BaskinShop in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from BaskinShop.
