They register you by calling.
give a demo.
create a test quiz.
do an onboarding, welcome call, collect payment in instalments, arrange sessions, and then ultimately vanish.
Bhanzu has taken all the money and isn’t responding to messages sent to his help or other whatsapp numbers.
20 more classes will be added to the schedule until all of the instalments have been finished.
They will then vanish after that.
They demonstrate fundamental math to prove their reliability.
However, the contact information, email, and website are all bogus.

* Go to page
* Write Bhanzu in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Bhanzu.

However, even after multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any update or confirmation regarding the refund.

I demand that you take immediate action to process my refund and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive it. If there are any further delays, I expect you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

    I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from your end. This situation has caused me great distress and inconvenience, and I demand a prompt resolution.
