My child is attending bhanzu online English class, but due to his schoolwork in regular school he is having a hard time both online and regular class, I had got in contact with bhanzu and notify them about the situation and wanted to cancel the class with bhanzu. The teacher was grate and he was completing all his work on bhanzu but having time to complete work for regular school. that why I like to cancle online class. bhanzu told me it was 100% refundable if I was not satisfied or kid had other problem. Try calling them many times but they kept telling me they will call back. but never will. Its bee over a month and no RESULT, same answer they will call back!!! Thank You. Please HELP!!
