Samiksha Jambhulkar is my name, and I’m from Navi Mumbai.
Bharat Holidays proposed a trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar for Rs 22000, and it was accepted.
But because a 3-star hotel was mentioned as part of the package, they denied offering it and refused to give me a refund for the Rs. 6,600 I paid as a deposit to confirm the trip.
