A travel trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar was planned with reservations at 3-star hotels.
However, they later claimed that 3-star hotels were not offered.
I am therefore requesting a refund of the Rs. 6,600 I paid as a deposit.
They are not returning the advance payment I made.
