This is regarding transaction reference no: 383573; where I used PAYZAPP to pay for order no MGUO-14160358-150816
At BIG BASKET where it was clearly mentioned on big basket mobile app on (Thursday, August 18th 2016) that customer will get cashback of 200/- rs on paying through payzapp for order above;

I paid through payzapp an amount of 1035/- but I am yet to get the Cash Back .
Neither HDFC nor BIG Basket is responding.

I will myself
– Never use HDFC debit card or any products in my lifetime;
– Never use HDFC credit card;

I have 10 years old account and I will close this account and terminate all my relationship with HDFC bank if HDFC bank does not give justice and behaves ethically.
And of course I will never shop using PAYZAPP Again.

I AM EDUCATED AND AWARE CUSTOMER AND YOU CANNOT GAIN ANYTHING FROM FOOLING AND CHEATING CUSTEOMRS LIKE US;
