I have purchased some grocery from Big Basket on 29.04.2016. There was provided on payzapp and also on BB that if you pay through payzapp you will get refund of Rs.200/-. Today is 10.05.2016, where is the refund or you people are cheating with us. Kindly process the refund else i will complain to consumer forum.
