Bigbasket.com — Cancelling the orders and adding the reduced money to wallet instead of crediting back to the customers account

I have ordered ( Prestige Deluxe Plus Baby Handi – Red 2 ltr, quantity 1.00: order 7299408, price – rs 855) on 13th feb 2016 and they accepted the order along with rs 20 delivery charges. They cancelled the order for not supplying in time and moved the money to the wallet (Funds Credited due to Cancellation of order for J-BBFO-7299408-130216. Amount credited for not delivering item) instead of crediting back to my account. Again I placed the order on 1st mar 2016 for the same item using the wallet amount (Prestige Deluxe Plus Baby Handi – Red 2 ltr, quantity 1.00: order 7830393). They cancelled it again for the same reason (Funds Credited due to Cancellation of order for J-BBFO-7830393-010316
Amount credited for not delivering item ). Now the amount in wallet shows rs 835. I have lost rs 40 now and more over the product i wanted is not received and the money is also not credited back.

This is the worst company I have ever seen and they do not care to respond to customers. I have requested for the refund but it is not happening.

Please help me in this regard.
