Bigbasket.com — Delayed for 4 days and finally cancelled

We have placed an order of vegetables (order no-#MPC- 8951598-050416) on 5th April and its been 4 days since we are waiting for this order to be delivered to us. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service is being provided to me. During these days we even continuously followed up with customer executive and we got assurances each day. On 6th we got rescheduled to 6th evening, when we contacted on 7th morning it was again rescheduled to 7th evening. We waited and waited and it was again not delivered. We contacted again and then it was rescheduled to 8th morning and then to evening. As of now still it is NOT delivered to us. Finally today we cancelled this order.

Can we have some strict action against these peoples.
