I have ordered items MBO-14787919-300816, and have applied the code BBICICI25T.
after paying the money i didn’t received the money back.
i did multiple follow up with customer care and they told that due to technical issue, code has not been applied and you will not get cash back.
i request you to give my money back in my ICICI bank account as i have paid through the same.

The customer care response was very low quality and unprofessional.

Eagerly waiting for your reasonable reply as i would plan my future course of action accordingly.
