I called up executive to confirm about the status of my transaction .
Since it has already been 4 days I was really annoyed that no confirmation was provided to me.
The executive i called was Pavitra instead of keeping patience and listening to what I had to say she just recited what she had been “taught” by the companny policy .
She had no patience or courtesy to tackle customers.
Above all the money which i paid to them is still not credited to my Bigbasket wallet nor is credited to my bank account.
And she said there is nothing she can do.
