Dear Team,

I have ordered few groceries on 8th mar’16. As per the website the product was BB Royal gujarat(17) rice (25kg) for Rs. 379/-. I ordered 6 packets of this rice and made the payment through credit card. Now, when i got the delivery, they supplied me BB royal gujarat (17) rice (10kg) packet 06. nos. I returned those rice packets as the quantity send to me was wrong. I called the customer care department & they said it was not 25kg but it was 10 kg packet for 379/-. I have received confirmation email of my order which shows the quantity which i order was 25kg packet. Inspite of forwarding them same email & snap shots of the same. There is no reply from their side, all the customer service representative (Gunashekhar, shaileja, and other 2 people) are giving different answers and not resolving my query. I have also written an email to them for the same query, but there is no respond from their side. Kindly help me to get my money back.
