We had ordered chicken liver 2 packets and gizzard 1 packet on 6th Sept.
the delivery time was 5 pm to 7.30 pm.
the item was delivered well after 8 PM

we found that one packet of liver and one packet of gizzard has become ‘BLUE ‘ and spoilt. this was also confirmed by a chef known to us

this is bizzare! i will never order from big basket again and will spread word in the media.

there is no response to my complain in the bigbasket website.
