Bigbasket.com — Product missing during the delivery

Wrt OrderID: BCVO-7767566-290216, I’ve not received RedLabel worth of 95/-. For this i made a call to the customer care twice, once during the delivery time and later the next day and they have promised that the amount would be refunded into my wallet, and wallet is not updated yet..

I payed the complete amount through online and I’ve received all the products except Red Label. So, i want a refund of the same. Why are you not refunding the amount even after making repeated calls?
