Rude customer care: Innovative retail concepts Pvt. Ltd, plot no 104 Industrial area Gurgaon been rude n not interested in resolving the issue. Order BGUO-15180025-080916. The delivery man was asked to take back all the items of the current order of 561.15 + VAT 39.30 because of an issue with a old debit of Rs.135.73 which did not specify details of items in the invoice. Request please resolve the issue asap.
