I’m became a new customer with bigbasket online grocery shop last week. I ordered 1 l box of ice cream, and the ice cream arrived completely defrosted and looked like warm water. I also bought a bag of 1 kg already chopped frozen chicken at bigbasket online grocery store. Again, the chicken was completely defrosted and had a warm feeling to it. When my delivery arrived I checked the the delivery van, and it was a very normal delivery van without any cooling or freezing equipment for transporting any frozen food products. I was in shock and very disappointed with bigbasket online grocery shop.
