Sales person Ms Kesha and Mr. Saurabh giving me wrong commitment. They didn’t inform me about AMC (ASF) RS. 8999/- per year for 10 years. They told if you pay with credit card Rs. 150000- then you have to pay Rs. 4167- per month for 36 months with 0% interest, no cost EMI. But now I get my credit Card statement showing that there 18% interest, GST on interest and Rs. 600- loan file charge. I have to pay nerarly Rs. 6000-/ per month for 36 months. I made complain to both sales person and at customer care support on 22nd June and they said we will give you solution but till now no solution and both sales person are not picking up my call and customer care said to me wait. I said them to refund my amount Rs 150000- but they denied to pay as membership subscription is not refundable.
