I bought membership by the sales team, they told me that I can book any hotel in India within a range of ₹10000 per night. Any Resort or Hotel!! Now at the time of booking they are saying that – they will book hotels which are available in their list. They told me maintenance charges will be waived off still they are charging me for maintenance. When I complained about the sales team’s wrong commitments they say that sales team is no longer working with us and we can’t do anything in their commitments. They are not picking up my phone calls. I have proof about their commitments. Sales team even told me that they will buy the membership nights if I didn’t like the services. I have a written proof about their wrong commitments. Now, when I am asking for refund of my money that are saying that they don’t have refund policy. If they are not able to give what they have commited there is no agreement between us. What I need is full refund.
