My parents (Senior citizens) were invited for a free dinner from a random number, at dinner they trapped them by promising about providing 6 days stay per year at any Hotel destination in India, made false commitments about its most trusted holiday planner. They offered 3 years membership and somehow convinced my parents to pay a hugh amount for that unfortunately. Now the person who was hosting that dinner that night claims to have quit that job. Just to check once, when we asked them to book a hotel for a day, they asked us to pay for ASF (Annual Service Fee) which is beyond resonable for 1 day booking.
We are facing hard time dealing with them, it’s a total fraud. Hope we all who are victim of this scam could unite and dragged this fraud organisation down by lawsuit someday soon. As they might be still continuing to exploit more people.
