One of the worst builder in Bangalore. I bought the property in Kammanahalli and the property name is Sunshine. While booking the flat they told that they will pay the Pre-EMI till the possession but still from Oct 2016 all Pre-EMIs are pending and they don’t have proper response. They were suppose to deliver the flat by Dec 2016 but still no progress. And also they showed that they had the approval till 4th floor but now they are saying that they are still waiting for the approval to construct the 4th floor. Worst experience with this builder. I suggest everyone not to buy any property from this builder.
I am also facing fraud from this developer. Please let me know if there is any further progress in your case
