I have ever seen such kind of cheater in my life. I had a worst experience with this blue valley properties. While booking my flat I asked clearly to show the LOI , IOD/IOA, NOCS , and CC documents. Not even a single document they showed. They told once we book they will give all documents to me within 3 days. but its true after booking now I’m standing in 8th month and still now I did not receive any single document. If I call those people they are not responding and the customer support person will say that she will transfer the call to manager and they will disconnect. Wt I will do in this case. When I tried visiting their office those guys are managing like manager went out of station and once he comes we will get back to you. But I did not receive any single genuine answer. I’m going to file case in consumer court but still I’m updating my experience here only because no one should get my experience. Dont trust this builder…..
