I have booked site under BLUE VALLEY PROPERTIES PVT. LTD. Project “Smilee Celestial Phase 2” in Mar-13 and paid 4 lakh Rs as a booking amount which they insisted to make a sale agreement. I have been told that the projects will get approvals from BMRDA in 2 months and then I can register my site. Till date there is no approval for the project and no follow up with any customer from BLUE VALLEY PROPERTIES PVT. LTD.
I finally gave a cancellation application in person to their MD Raju on 9th-Apr-14 and was promised the refund of my 4 Lakh Rs within 2 months (though as per sale agreement this timeline should have been only 30 days). 2 months are over and another week also over now but still no clue of my refund. Over this Mr Raju is threatening me that I will never get my money back if I go to police and court. I need help to get my refund back,
