I also have similar experience with Blue valley Iproperties. Unable to sell my plot in Smilee Anandavan Phase-1 as there is no BIAAPA release order. Their owner Suryanarayana Raju is not even answering the calls. It is more than 10 years. Our hard earned money , we have invested in this project. Please call me at 9741594700.
