We have registered an FIR against Mr. Raju for cheating – non- return of money after cancellation of site booking. As someone already mentioned, he has been demanding money over and above the amount in the agreement just before registration. After cancelling the booking, he has been dodging us and has been delaying the return of booking amount. If anyone is in similar situation, please write to me at [email protected]. We can jointly sue him in court and make sure police take action against him and arrest him. I also have contacts with a reputed newspaper in Bangalore and am planning to contact them with his misdeeds so others do not fall into the same trap. BE CAREFUL OF BLUE VALLEY BEFORE INVESTING YOUR MONEY.
