I ordered a 16gb HP pendrive of order no. 400004924 on January 6, 2017 2:06:11 AM IST but still now i didnot get my order or tracking no in my mail ID.Is this a fraud company or its forget to mail me.DO as soon as possible send my order or return my amount to my account.
Brandvila.com is fake website if any body can help I want to make FIR on this website because I have already order one product on 5th Jan 2017 but still not received and no any Customer support no. To take help or trace my order.

This is to inform you that, while i was checking my face book, in that , I saw your advertisement about HP 16 GB pendrive for Rs.98/- and I have placed order for 2 Nos and made the payment through Net banking . I have got the message from HDFC bank stating that Rs.198/- has been debited. But I have not received any confirmation message from your side. and till now I have not received my money or the item which i haveordered. I have not got order nuber also. Is this a fruad company. Give me the item or give back the money which i have paid.

I ordered 1 -16 gn pen drive of hp Nd 1 32 gb pd of hp on jan 16 but still I don’t get any details of tracking no also my order in my if its a sham .i made payment through paytm ..its totally a fake site ..I want my money back or my order otherwise Paytm Nd this fake brand villa will b responsible
