I am NAUSHEEN, my husband brought iphone 6s plus from Carrefour Mirdiff city center. we buy it on 18th MAY 2017 around 21:48 at night. You Sales man sell it without telling us that its a pre-owned mobile. And most important on receipt its not mention that its a pre-owned mobile. So basically Carrefour cheated on us. In less than one month it handed almost 4-5 times. On 24th June 2017 in morning around 04:40 AM it stop working. Whole day that iphone is not in working order. I call your service center and they ask me to visit they store. From 24th of June i am continuously visiting your mirdiff store and they are not taking action just saying that we cant help you. SHAME ON YOU CARREFOUR YOU CHEATED ME. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER you have to respect me. Instead of that mirdiff city center making fun of me. Yur manager SACHIN REHMAN and SALESMAN MUHAMMAD IMRAN just trying to make me fool. SHAME on your workers CARREFOUR. I want you to exchange my IPHONE 6S PLUS with a new one. I FEEL cheated by CARREFOUR. Is it my mistake to trust you. I am continuously visiting you store but no action is taken yet. MOST IMPORTANT before selling pre-owned thing you have to tell you customer its a pre-owned thing. Nothing is mention on your receipt. I want to exchange my iphone 6s plus with new one. Its last time i trust your brand. You cheated on me. I lost my 1600 AED beacuse of your brand called CARREFOUR. Its a duty of any company to satisfy there customer. Shame on you. CARREFOUR… you ARE MAKING FUN OF ME. In you receipt its not mention that its a pre-owned mobile. Pre-owned mobile you have to mention you customer thats its a pre-owned thing. If my husband know that its a pre-owned thing we wont buy that mobile. But your worker cheated on us. And now they are making us fool. Continuously i vivist your franchise to this iphone 6s replacement. And every time they are like we cant do any thing. SHAME ON YOU CARREFOUR. You must have to take care of your customer demand. You cant make fun of your customer. SHAME on you. i want my money back or you have to Exchange my IPHONE 6s PLUS with a new one. SHAME ON YOU CARREFOUR. For any brand its compulsory to satisfy your customer. YOU have to take action and replace my cell phone with a new one. I feel cheated. Its last time that i buy and thing from you. NEXT time i am not going to trust you if you are not going to exchange my cell phone with a new one. For any brand or company its necessary to satisfy your customer need. And what you are doing making fool. You are making us fool. SHAME on you. I a waiting for an apology from you and my iphone 6s plus replacement. you have to tell us that you are selling secondhand mobile before selling it to your customer. Its not common. you have to tell your customer that we have second hand mobile. And you to mention it on your receipt. BUT its not mention on my receipt that its a pre-owned mobile. SHAME on you CARREFOUR, Its a BIG FAT question on your credibility. You are a pathetic brand. you cheated you customer. Shame on you. TAKE ACTION i am waiting response from you. CALL me on my number. you customer service center has my number. call me. And exchange my iphone 6s plus with a new one. Dont have you customer fool. Now its a trust issue with your brand. I am not going to buy any thing from carrefour. I am you regular customer as i shop for grocery from you. Next time i am not coming to carrefour. i will go to LULU or UNION COOP, if you wont take action on it and replace my iphone 6s plus with a new one. and also post a written complain on you mirdiff store on 24th of June 2017. its being more than 48 hours and no response from your side.
